  5. Chestionar – Etapa pregătitoare • Înainte de a începe treaba: • Care sunt problemele pe care le dorim rezolvate? • Avem nevoie de chestionar? • Ce facem cu răspunsurile? • NOU sau VECHI?

  6. Chestionarul – Informaţii necesare • Cine sunt respondenţii? • Cum vrem să fie chestionarului?

  24. Conţinut • Întrebări factuale • se referă la o situaţie obiectivă şi verificabilă prin alte mijloace • Întrebări de opinie • păreri, atitudini, opinii, aşteptări,evaluări, ataşamente,explicaţii, justificări, motivaţii

Limbaj • Limbajul e adecvat situaţiei? • Limbajul poate influenţa răspunsurile? • Fără ŞI – întrebări duble!!! • Fără NU – dublă negaţie • Variantele trebuie să fie: • Complete – orice răspuns să îşi găsească locul în gama variantelor existente • Discriminatorii – două situaţii diferite trebuie surprinse în variante de răspuns diferite • Univoce – unui răspuns să-i corespundă a singură variantă dintre cele oferite

  28. Tot întrebări • Atenţie la numărul de întrebări • Întrebările factuale la început – apoi cele de opinie • Solicită comentarii referitoare la o alegere (întrebări mixte) • “Pilotarea” chestionarului • Poţi cere părerea respondenţilor referitor la chestionar
