  7. Reports of Excess – Real Property • Agency forward Report of Excess (ROE) package along with supporting documents to GSA PBS Property Disposal Division • ROE reviewed • ROE accepted

Report of Excess (ROE) – Personal Property • APO or Allocation Specialist can assist the agency on how-to report excess/surplus personal property in GSAxcess®. • Timing of ROE coordinated with real property disposal schedule • Agency reports on GSAxcess® at earliest date • GSA Schedules for inventory management
