  2. Case 1 • F-56,Lump on elbow • O/E Firm Lump

  3. IHC Results • Positive for S100,CD68 • Negative for MNF116,AE1/AE3, CD34,CD31,Desmin,SMA, • HMB45, MelanA and INI1

  4. Molecular Analysis • Negative for EWSR1- seen in 50% of myoepithelial tumours

  5. Malignant Epithelioid Schwannoma

  6. Malignant Epithelioid Schwannoma • Tumour in a superficial location • Clinically and radiologically no association with nerve trunks

  7. Differential Diagnosis • Epithelioid MPNST • Deeper location • Association with a nerve • Membranous staining with Collagen IV

  8. Malignant Epithelioid Schwannoma • Half the numbers of cases reported have developed distant metastasis
