Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India

Physical & mental problems disappear completely doing Ashtanga yoga and people get achievement near god but in present

age, there are very many forms of yoga. Hatha yoga, also called hatha vidya, is a kind of yoga focusing on physical and mental

strength building exercises. Yoga is become popular in different names in present age. For example;

Power Yoga,

Vikram Yoga

Hot Yoga

Aayanger Yoga

Yoga is performed in different ways and so we cannot say those methods are wrong because our body also do benefited from those yoga.

If you are completely fit, do such practices with competent trainers who can do exercise according to your health & fitness otherwise you

may be in wrong way and get loss your health.

2.Meditation

To be pause the mind is called meditation. Meditation means no interruption. Our Maharishi has described very many methods in

religious ethics for mind, work & pledge to be in one. Meditation has

been divided into two parts by patanjali. It reduces stress, calms the mind

and increases inner peace.

Meditation energizes your awareness, bringing both peace and wisdom to

a ?us? ?i?d. It e?pa?ds o?e’s ?apa?it? to lo?e, a?d heals ?roke? hearts. It

also dissolves many fears, replacing them with lightness and freedom

from anxiety.

Meditation is a word that has come to be used loosely and inaccurately in the modern world. That is why there is so much confusion

about how to practice it. Some people use the word meditates when they mean thinking or contemplating; others use it to refer to

daydreaming or fantasizing. However, meditation (dhyana) is not any of these.

Meditation is a precise technique for resting the mind and attaining a state of consciousness that is totally different from the normal

waking state. It is the means for fathoming all the levels of ourselves and finally experiencing the center of consciousness within.

Meditation is not a part of any religion; it is a science, which means that the process of meditation follows a particular order, has definite

principles, and produces results that can be verified.

In meditation, the mind is clear, relaxed, and inwardly focused. When you meditate, you are fully awake and alert, but your mind is not

focused on the external world or on the events taking place around you. Meditation requires an inner state that is still and one-pointed

so that the mind becomes silent. When the mind is silent and no longer distracts you, meditation deepens.

3.POWER YOGA

Power yoga is kind of hath yoga. The way we do aasan slowly &

easily with rest in hath yoga. But power yoga is form of low

intensity of exercise. We also do aasan in same manner the way

we do in power yoga but in which, is done exercise without having

a break and do fast. Somehow it is like an aerobics. Most of the

Aasan is performed standing in. Greeting of the Sun is there apart

from fixing of anything. There is nothing fixed in such exercise.

The aasan is performed as per trainer & trainee. In such exercise,

the rate of losing weight is very fast but we must maintain some

precaution while doing. Not only in exercise, whatever work if you do fast, you must maintain some precaution. If you are not fit

physically or mentally, fast get advice from Doctor either you are fit or unfit for power yoga. Suppose, doctor has given you green signal

and you are going to do power yoga first time, you must contact to experienced trainer and do in well manner continue the way it is

performed. The doing power yoga you will not lose only your weight but also feel energetic whole the day.

4.AROBICS

?There are a lot of ?ala??e posts i? ?oga ?lass fro? si?ple tree

to a floating ardha chandrasana. You need to be as focused as it

is possible to avoid any wobbling. It is the main thing of

balancing poses and even yoga itself. You just need to be

yourself, no matter where you are at that moment. Or,as

Thich Nhat Hanh said, ?Smile, breathe, and go slowly.?

?Yoga is ?ot just a ki?d of sport. It is a lifest?le. You cannot wake

up in the morning and decide that you start doing yoga. It is not only about being fit it is about being in harmony with your body and soul.

6.ABOUT CIRCUITS TRAINING

?Circuits Training: Circuit training is not a form of exercise. It is a group of several of exercises like jumping, jacked, push up, pull up,

running, dead lift and many more.

It is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first

exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the

next exercise. There are very many different types of exercise in circuits

training. For examples;

Jumping Jat

Push Up

Dead Lift

Pull Up

Running
