  2. Hiring Toronto Wedding Photographers While we maintain a tight-knit group of experienced and talented Toronto wedding photographers — we are constantly on the lookout for experienced and budding talent.

  3. Like everyone, we look for a developed resume, awards and recognition within the photographic community, but more than that we look for a personality that will make our customers’ experiences an entirely effortless, “we-couldn’t-have-done-it-without-them” experience.

  4. Above all, we value: • Warm, non-aggressive dispositions above accolades (although we like those too!) • Photographers who create consistently-excellent results • Those who regularly warrant comments like “they really went above and beyond,” “they were like a guest with a fancy camera,” and “I couldn’t have imagined an easier experience or more fantastic results.”

  5. Our clients are our friends; and our photographers’ only task is to create a meaningful, easy-going experience with them — along with stunning, moment-capturing photos. This philosophy is not only our eternal goal, but also why the majority of our business is based on referrals.

  6. Wedding Videographers Ditto. When we add new wedding videographers to our family we look for integral team members who can not only film and edit flawless wedding videos, but also interact with the our clients and friends in a way that is somewhere between “wow” and “I barely even knew they were filming.”
