Working of VoxWaves Market Research App As an example, Jack has opened a bakery and wants to advertise on a local radio station, but is unsure how he will be able to track the investment of ad dollars in terms of sales. VoxWaves does just that. Partnering with VoxWaves, his ad will have the VoxWaves watermark and when a customer listened to ad, with their mobile phone app running in the background, data is captured.

  3. VoxWaves can then push the customer a coupon, targeting the products or services mentioned in the ad. When the customer visits the bakery and uses the coupon, data is collected. After the purchase, VoxWaves can push the customer a short survey, requesting feedback about their purchase, their experience in the store, the effectiveness of the coupon.

  4. VoxWaves will then provide Jack with real time, customizable reports, about his radio ad, the coupon and the customer’s feedback. Using VoxWaves technology, Jack will be able to make informed decisions about continuing an existing ad campaign or developing future campaigns.

She offered a coupon, specific to the new product line and collected surveys after people visited her store. In the end, the data provided by VoxWaves, in addition to the customers’ surveys, provided Sally with enough real time data, organized in customizable reports to make an informed decision about whether to keep the new product line or to try something else.
