  1. A Brief On Civil Litigation Civil Litigation are legal proceedings which are totally different from criminal case. Civil litigation deals with matters such as property disputes or a contract dispute that constitute an injury to an individual or other private party matters and more, rather than cases which revolve around criminal issues. In a civil litigation case, the parties generally seek compensation particularly in the form of money for the damages incurred or specific services that were not delivered. There are a lot of phases that a person has to cross to become a civil litigator. They have to complete their undergraduate degree, get registered with state bar council, pass All India Bar Exam and specialize in specific areas of law such as Environmental law, Landlord/tenant disputes, Intellectual property disputes, Education law disputes, Divorce lawsuits etc.. The lawyers specialized and practicing civil litigation are known as trial lawyers or litigator and have an in-depth knowledge of substantive and procedural law, exceptional written and oral advocacy skills with the ability to interpret and tackle complex cases.
