We know that you hate Inventory spreadsheets. They’re a nightmare. You may even be losing sleep over
them. Well, your troubles are over. Venzee has been working ‘round the clock to make your life
spreadsheet-free! Yes, you read that correctly. No more spreadsheets… ever!
Venzee’s platform now supports creating products for Shopio and that means Shopio merchants no
longer have to mess around with spreadsheets. Make sure that you’re strapped in tight because those
slow, headache-inducing, spreadsheet-based product and update transfers are about to go supersonic!
We are pleased to announce that the Shopio template is now available in our template library and will
generate products and updates that are compatible with Shopio.
Venzee solves the spreadsheet nightmare for Shopio merchants just following 4 easy steps:
Step 1: Sign up… Free!
In about 30 seconds you’ll be ready to import your product information (we call it “data”) and turn it
into Shopio-compatible records! This is the data that your manufacturer or supplier shared with you
either via Venzee, via a spreadsheet in CSV, XLS, or XLSX form, an online form, or from our Integration

Step 2: Grab The Shopio Template
After you’ve imported your information, head over to Dynamic Data and click the green Add+ button.
This will take you to our Template Library where you’ll select the Shopio template.

Step 3: Create Shopio-Ready Products in Minutes
Now map the attributes (color, size, name etc.) from the data you imported into Venzee, with the fields
in the Shopio template. It’s super easy! You can even use things like dynamic pricing to create new
content using your data and the template fields. Other advanced functions include the ability to create
spec tables, perform math calculations, and add padding for better visual appeal. This process, called
Data Transformation, is a real time-saver because it works in bulk, not on a single product at a time.

Step 4: Generate and Voila!
Venzee creates a Shopio-compatible version of the data you imported. This is called Dynamic Data and
appears on the Dynamic Data page. Your original data is there under the Source Data tab. Click the
green Export button, choose the format you require, and Venzee will package up your Shopio products
and updates and send you an email with the download link.
Wait. There’s More.
Every time you update the Source Data (that’s your original data), your Dynamic Data will update
automatically. In other words, every time you or your supplier make a change, your Shopio-ready,
dynamic records, are updated as well. No extra work for anyone. Now that’s pretty cool! Source
