  2. Supplies A very sharp knife A bamboo sushi rolling Mat Saran wrap A rice cooker A bowl of water with a touch of vinegar Wet paper towels Copyright @ Urban8 Local Food Courts

  3. Ingredients Your choice of seafood Japanese rice Cucumber Avocado Wasabi Rice vinegar Soy Sauce Seaweed sheets (called Nori) Rice Vinegar/Sugar/Salt mixture Pickled ginger (optional) Copyright @ Urban8 Local Food Courts

  4. Instructions Cook rice in rice cooker until fluffy. Sprinkle with a rice vinegar/sugar/salt mixture. Slice vegetables and meat lengthwise into strips (width depends on preference). Wrap bamboo mat in plastic cling wrap to keep it clean and prevent sticking to seaweed. Position rolling mat so that it rolls away from you. Copyright @ Urban8 Local Food Courts

Instructions Place seaweed sheet in the same position Gently spread the rice out from corner to corner, leaving a ¼” strip Pick up the end of the rolling mat closest to you and begin to roll the nori, slightly pressing as you go to pack in the ingredients.
