  2. Terry Hay of Hawaii - Airline Catering Company Terry Hay Hawaii purchased an existing, medium-sized company named Pacific Flight Catering company. The company employed roughly 300 people. As a former CEO of other food distribution companies, he was also this company's Chief Executive Officer. In 2013, he sold this company to Gate Gourmet, a large corporation based out of Switzerland. He has since retired and is currently enjoying retirement- living in Hawaii.

His main focus was on the health foods industry. He successfully started a small health food distribution company in Hawaii. He was able to turn his small business with two people in the company to a 40 person company and one of Hawaii's top 250 businesses.

After serving his term, he went on to study at UC Irvine in California where he earned his degree. He then moved from California to Hawaii and started his first successful health food distribution company, Kamaaina Distribution Company
