This is an update bug. Carry out below instructions to fix “after Windows 10 Kb4560960 update cannot print” issue. 1. On your Windows 10 computer, open the Settings app by pressing the Windows + I shortcut keys. 2. Alternatively, click the Start menu and select the Settings icon to open the Settings app. 3. Next, click the Update & security tab and select the Windows Update option from the left-side panel. 4. On the right side of the pane, click on the View update history link. 5. Select the Uninstall update option.

  2. 6. In the Control Panel window, select the KB4560960 update and click the Uninstall button available at the top of the window. 7. Wait until the update is uninstalled. 8. After uninstalling the update, restart your computer. 9. If you aren’t able to uninstall the update, use the Command Prompt app to uninstall it.  10. To do so, click the Start menu available at the bottom-left corner of the screen and type ‘cmd’ in the search panel. 11. From the search result, give a right-click on the Command Prompt app and select the Run as administrator option. 12. In the Command Prompt window, type ‘wusa /uninstall /kb:4560960 /quiet /promptrestart’ and press the Enter key. 13. Once the update is uninstalled, restart your computer. 14. To block the update from getting installed again, use the Show or hide updates troubleshooter app. 15. Download it from the official Microsoft site. 16. After completing the download, run the app. 17. Click the Next button and allow troubleshooter to check for updates. 18. Select the KB4560960 update and block it. 19. Alternatively, you can restore your computer to the previous version using the System Restore feature. 20.
