  2. There are two ways to call the BT Broadband customer service, one that is through the company’s trunk line and the second to the alternative number. The trunk line is without any fee that is what most BT clients are using. There is no problem with their trunk line number, its free. However, the volume of calls can reach to a high level, which means the trunk line can be flooded with calls resulting to drop calls for the incoming callers or long queues also for the new callers. Both scenarios can cause frustration to the callers.
