Facts of Chatbot: • A chatbot is a computer program or an artificial intelligence which conducts a conversation via auditory or textual methods. • Most Chatbots are retrieved by Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa, Facebook messenger, Whatsapp etc. • It is basically a AI based chat option, by which businesses can now make their own chat representative for the Messenger to tackle the most reasonable queries by the customers. • These are austere softwares that interpret anything you type or say and accordingly respond by answering or executing the command.
