The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, Light Reflection of >80%, NRC 0.75 & fire resistance as per BS476 (Part 6 & 7). The grid should be of Credence make with 24 mm/15mm/Black Groove T sections i.e. the Main Runner 3600mm in wave height of 38mm/32mm/32mm respectively, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees in wave height of 25mm. INSTALLATION: To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffit at 1200mm maximum centre. The First/ Last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm module. Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x24x24mm, Screwed to the walls at 450 mm maximum centers. Suspension system accessories Fasteners of thread size 6.5mm x 25/5 with Soffit Cleat made of Galvanized steel of size 27 x 37 x 25 x 1.6mm and Level Clip in dimensions of 85x30x0.8mm with 4.00 mm GI wire. Mostly Duma fiber ceiling are used in Office, halls, amphitheatres, medical environment, clean room, computation rooms, business buildings, asepsis workshop, boardrooms, medical care centers, optimistic offices, studios and places requested for special acoustics.
