  2. CreateUserandAddthefollowingRolestotheuser. 1.GeneralAccountant 2.GeneralAccountingManager Navigation:Tools>SecurityConsole Users>AddUserAccount ClickonusernameandclickonSetupandMaintenance

  3. Createanimplementationproject IntheSetupandMaintenanceworkarea,createanimplementationprojectthat includestheDefineFinancialsConfigurationforRapidImplementationtasklist. ClickonGlobalSearchandClickonManageImplementationProjects Clickon+icontocreateaimplementationproject, EntertherequireddataandclickontheSaveandOpenProjectsbutton.

  4. Clickon+andSearchfor%Rapid%Impl%intheImplementationProjectscreen.Clickon+andSearchfor%Rapid%Impl%intheImplementationProjectscreen. SelectDefineEnterpriseStructuresConfigurationforRapidImplementationand ApplyandDone. SelectCreateChartofAccounts,Ledger,LegalEntities,andBusinessUnitsin SpreadsheetandClickonGotoTask. –Itwilldownloadaspreadsheet.

  5. TheRIworkbookincludesthefollowingsheets: -Instructions,ChartofAccounts,Calendar,andLedger,BU,CompaniesandLegalEntities NaturalAccounts,andFinancialSequences OpentheExcelFile,EntertherequireddataattheCOA,Calendar,andLedger Sheet GototheBusinessUnitssheetandaddthelegalentityandBusinessUnit.

  6. GotoCompaniesandLegalEntitiessheetandentertheCompanycodeand details. GototheNaturalAccountstabandentertheaccounts. GotoFinancialSequencesandupdatethedata.

  7. Bydefault,wedonothavesheetsforothersegmentslikeCisco9Dept,Cisco9Bydefault,wedonothavesheetsforothersegmentslikeCisco9Dept,Cisco9 LocinCOAsheet. So,clickonAddSegmentSheets. BasedonthesegmentsinCOA,newsheetswillbegenerated. NewSheetsare: ●Cisco9Dept ●Cisco9Loc GotoCisco9Deptsheetandentercodeanddescriptiondetails.

  8. GotoCisco9Locsheetandentercodeanddescriptiondetails. GotoCOA,CalendarandLedgersheetandclickonValidatebutton.

  9. Note:Ifthereisanerror.Itwillre-routetotheReviewsheettoseethelistofNote:Ifthereisanerror.Itwillre-routetotheReviewsheettoseethelistof errorsandwarnings.Afteritwasresolved.ClickonValidateagaintillnoerror. VerifytheaccountsinPreviewsheet.

  10. ClickonGenerateChartofAccountsFile.ItwillgenerateaChartOfAccounts.zipClickonGenerateChartofAccountsFile.ItwillgenerateaChartOfAccounts.zip file.SaveittoyourPC. ClickonGenerateLedger,LEandBUFilebutton.Itwillgeneratea OracleFusionFinancialsCommonEntities.zipfile.SaveittoyourPC. ClickonUploadChartofAccountslink

  11. SelectUploadEnterpriseStructureradiobuttonanduploadCharOfAccounts.zip.SelectUploadEnterpriseStructureradiobuttonanduploadCharOfAccounts.zip. clickontheSubmitbutton.

  12. Programswillbesubmitted. andshouldbeSucceeded.AndthenclickontheDonebutton. ClickonUploadLedger,LegalEntities,andBusinessUnits. SelectUploadEnterpriseStructureradiobuttonandupload FinancialsCommonEntities.zipfile.AndthenclickontheSubmitbutton.

  13. Correspondingprogramsshouldbecompleted. SearchforManageAccountingCalendarsintheImplementationProjectscreen. ClickonGotoTaskiconagainstManageAccountingCalendars

  14. SelectCisco9Ledger(createdusingspreadsheet).Clickonthat. UpdatethenametoCisco9Calendarandchangethenameofadjustmentperiod andthenclickonSaveandClose. Searchfor%%Cha%Acc%orManageChartofAccountsStructureInstancesin theImplementationProjectscreen. ClickonGotoTaskagainsttheTaskManageChartofAccountsStructure Instances

  15. ClickonSearchbutton SelecttheFlexfieldandclickonManageStructuresbutton. SelectCisco9Ledger

  16. VerifytheSegmentsandChangetheNameandDescriptiontoCisco9COA insteadofledger.andClickonSaveandClose. ClickontheManageStructureInstancesbutton. SearchandclickonEdit

  17. ChangetheNameandDescription.AndClickonSaveandClose. ClickonDeployFlexfield. ClickonOK

  18. DeploymentStatusshouldbeupdatedtotickingreencolor. SearchforManagePrimaryLedgersintheImplementationProjectscreen. ClickontheGotoTaskbutton. Twoledgerscreatedbasedontwolegalentitiesenteredinthespreadsheet. ClickonDone.

  19. 1.Cisco9LedgerIN 2.Cisco9LedgerUS ClickonSpecifyLedgerOptionsandclickontheGotoTaskbutton. SelectSpecifyLedgerOptionsradiobuttonand chooseSelectandAddoptioninthePrimaryLedgerdropdownlist. ClickonApplyandGototheTaskbutton. SelectCisco9LedgerINandclickonSaveandClosebutton.

  20. Reviewtheledgerform(likeRetainedEarningAccountdetails...).

  21. SelectedLedgershouldbeupdatedattheTasksagainsttheImplementationSelectedLedgershouldbeupdatedattheTasksagainsttheImplementation Project. SelectReviewandSubmitAccountingConfigurationandclickontheGotoTask button. Programsshouldbetriggered.AndthenreviewtheLedger,COA,Calendar,in thesingleform. ClickontheSubmitbutton.
