  1. What are the benefit of wearing men's underwear? The earliest form of mens underwear was loincloth and it was worn 7000 years ago. In simple words, loincloth is a piece of material that was wrapped around the legs and waist. The material was decided on the basis of civilization in which a person is born or living.
