  1. The Push And Pull Factors Of Costa Rica Relocation The Costa Rica Relocation depends on the push and pull factors which you have to consider so that you can take the correct decision. The push factor will make you feel that you should relocate while due to the pull factor you will want to set up in a new location. The push factor is usually considered to be the negative factors which compel you to move out while the pull factors are considered to be the positive factors of a location where you are attracted to move into. Though the underlying factor between the two may be the same, the push factor should be stronger than the pull factor while considering relocating.

Concept Of Industrial Inertia This concept describes the situation in which an industry will remain in the original location even though the initial advantages and benefits provided by the location no longer exists or have become irrelevant for the existence of the company. The inertia will provide the resistance to the industry to move out from that place. Such inertia is applicable to the entire industry or even to any individual industry.
