Facilitate mail volume growth by identifying regulations or requirements that add no postal and/or customer value, hence hindering mail growth, and proposing modifications or elimination of those barriers as practical.

72 workgroup members

21 Bi-weekly conference calls, two face to face meetings

Generated 91 issues list from mailers, focused first on HIGH Impact items, then others

Four task groups formed

  • Relax requirements for Simplified addresses on city routes

    • Not a unanimous recommendation from the workgroup – strong opposition voiced
