The Director of DOD Procurement and Acquisition Policy has issued a Memorandum for Class Deviation - Contract Consolidation setting limitation to contracting officers to $2M fund utilization in lieu of the $6M threshhold and prohibiting agencies from contract consolidation unless several conditions and requirements are met.
