  1. My Top 5 Takeaways from AILA Annual 2018

  2. Last week, INSZoom attended the AILA Annual Conference 2018 (AILAAC18), a four-day conference which gathered fearless immigration lawyers across America. A platinum sponsor of AILAAC18, INSZoom experts displayed what INSZoom can do and the benefits of getting on board with an immigration case management software to the booth visitors.

  3. I’m a digital marketing analyst at INSZoom and it was a valuable experience to attend the most prestigious conference of the immigration law industry. To us at INSZoom, it is one of the most important events we look forward to all year. The exhibition days are intense but they are satisfying, this is our opportunity to meet customers and prospects face-to-face as we welcome them to the INSZoom family.

  4. The AILA Annual Conference is about building valuable relationships with our existing and prospective customers and providing them with a comprehensive immigration case management software.

  5. Working in the marketing department of a leading immigration software which caters to a niche market, I have gathered some key takeaways coming out of this year’s AILA Annual Conference:

  6. We can always do better knowing how our product is used.

  7. It is always a problem for those trying to craft the “correct & perfect” experience for each customer. AILA 2018 gave us a platform to meet our customers face-to-face, speak to them and gain more insights into their challenges and how we can develop new features to solve them. More the insights, better the knowledge gained to solve challenges. Research and decide on the best customer experiences/journeys and use cases, then aggressively compile and internally share the stories that your customers have to tell about how they're successful with the product.

  8. Communicate success. It's easy for successes to fly under the radar, and INSZoom’s goal is to provide nothing but efficiency and success to customers. Never forget to remind both colleagues and customers of the value that you're adding, and the achievements you've helped them reach. Also expose key leaders across various teams directly to successful customers. They will be motivated, inspired and educated by hearing the real positive outcomes that they have created for real people.

  9. Technology and immigration go hand in hand.

  10. Having an immigration case management software is no more a good-to-have, it a must-have. AILA 2018 was a bank of knowledge for immigration attorneys. More than ever before, immigration attorneys need support from technology to navigate through the complexities of immigration and its future. Using technology is a crucial part of practicing law today, making a case for the need of having an immigration law case management software like INSZoom, which can be selected and customized specifically to one’s immigration practice.

  11. Innovate & adapt constantly. AILA 2018 was all about immigration and the immigration landscape is bound to witness changes. To succeed, it is important to innovate and adapt constantly. That’s exactly what we at INSZoom follow. We listen to our customers and deliver strategic solutions. Gaining insights from our customers and taking an experimental mentality, enables the freedom and creativity to try new things, provide strategic solutions and learning what works/what doesn’t.

  12. Don’t underestimate the power of referrals.

  13. Peer-to-Peer recommendations are the strongest and this was very evident at the INSZoom booth. Over 1400 customers can’t go a day without INSZoom and this was clear from the traffic at the booth, our customers’ willingness to provide a referral to prospects taking a demo and new prospects visiting our booth based on the INSZoom advantages their peers have communicated to them.

  14. INSZoom customers are our strong brand advocates, we’ve achieved this over the years by listening first, building a true partnership and keeping customers at the top of our priority list. In my experience, this is a surefire way to turn customers not just into fans but into true brand ambassadors.

  15. These were the top five takeaways from AILA 2018. We believe in the intrinsic value of the event and the community we build through it. We have been the technology partner of the immigration industry for over 19 years and look forward to streamlining your immigration and compliance needs with INSZoom.
