    6. NECK / FACE JVP Anaemia Xanthelasma Corneal Arcus Malar Flush Cyanosis

    7. CHEST LOOK FEEL LISTEN Look Scars Apex Feel Apex Thrills / Heave

    9. CHEST Listen Apex (diaphragm) ?? Axilla Roll Pt (bell at Apex) Left Sternal Edge Pulmonary Aortic

    10. SIT FORWARD Palpate the supraclavicular nodes Listen at the left sternal edge in expiration Auscultate lung bases Feel the sacrum Look at the ankles +/- lower leg

    11. THEN… Cover the patient up Turn to the examiner Present your findings!!! To complete my examination I would like to look at the observation chart and examine the peripheral vascular system.
