Whether you are a beginner or a professional player on the tennis court, tennis shoe choice is the most vital when it comes to give good performance. Your sneaker choice should depend on type of surface you would play. Let’s start discussion on different type of court and how they are different from each other. Mainly there are four type of tennis court surfaces. 1.Clay Court 2.Hard Court 3.Grass Court 4.Carpet Court Let’s start with most important surface, 1.Clay Court Surface When I started playing tennis for the first time I was very excited as I was beginner and always want to play it right from my childhood but I was not allowed to enter the court. Yes you read it right, it was not because I was beginner but because of my shoes. I wasn’t wearing the correct tennis shoes for clay court. Clay courts are made from stone, brick, and crushed shale. These type of tennis court are very difficult to maintain. The groves available on regular tennis shoes can disrupt the smoothness of surface and can potentially destroy the court in the end. I will recommend best tennis shoe for clay court (personal experience). •NIKE Court Lite 2 Tennis Shoes

  3. What I like most about Nike Court Lite shoes is they are very light weighted, great when it comes to provide arch support. Combination of mesh and leather will help for better hold of shape unlike other sneakers. These pair of shoes contain extra layer to protect toes. Bonus: Super easy to clean and keep it white as new. Also check: How to Buy Perfect Tennis Shoes 2.Hard Court Surface These courts are very common and mainly consist of rigid material. Rigidity of hard court allows ball to bonus more. If we see hard court, it’s typically covered in acrylic like in Australian open. It also include basic blacktop tennis court which we used to play in gym class in our school time. For this type of court I would suggest you to go for traditional tennis shoes. Tennis require very fast back and forth movement on the court, tennis shoes are designed for this. •ASICS Solution Speed FF Tennis Shoes This is one of coolest and quickest shoes presently available in the market. It is fresh version of Solution Speed 3. It has flyte foam padding for providing better support to the ankles. Famous Wimbledon Championship is played on grass courts and even the US Open used to play on grass court until the 1970’s but now they are now hard court. Unfortunately grass courts are very less in number. On the contrary, playing on grass court is healthiest and has better impact on bodies. Any type of aerobics done on grass allows optimal natural reaction on body joints and make your joint flexible. •HEAD Revolt Pro 3.0 Tennis Shoes
