After dinner you are not supposed to have anything else unless it is morning and you are having breakfast. Having liquids does not really count as midnight snacks but if they are sugary soda liquids, it is still considered a snack. That's because it will cause harm to your body and will also not allow you to sleep. However, if you want to have midnight snacks, you can have these three healthy foods to eat: 1.Cherries, kiwis and bananas People who have a sweet tooth may linger towards sugary base substances like gummy bears, sugary liquids, chocolates and many others sweet junk food. However, having sweet foods at midnight can be very harmful for your health as it only adds on to your fat tissues. You will start experiencing layers of fat around your belly and your hips will also widen. Moreover, you will also start experiencing a double chin and you may also miss your sleep. So, to avoid any other sugary substances, you can have cherries, kiwis and bananas as your midnight snacks. 2.Dry fruits No matter what time of the day it is if you are having dry fruit instead of junk food as your midnight snack, it is harmless. Dry fruits have increased levels of melatonin that can promote your sleep and help you have a peaceful night.

  2. So, if you are suffering from insomnia and sleep related disorders, you can have healthy foods to eat like dry fruits. It will not only satiate your taste buds but also make your tummy full and give you ultimate comfort. You can have a glass of warm milk with dry fruits if you are really hungry. 3.Cheese and crackers If you’re not allergic to milk based products, you can also go forward with having cheese based substances. But it has to be cheese that is not mixed with any kind of sugary substance or has any content of carbohydrate or starch in it. If you want to have a little more wholesome food for your midnight snacks, you can add crackers along with that. It will help you in calming down your brain and sleep better. You can also cook your meals in healthy cooking pans and keep them for the midnight snacks. That way you will not gain weight or harm your body.
