  3. Steps for Canada Express Entry The following steps are required for applying CanadaExpress Entry 1.The first step is to determine if you are eligible under one of the federal economic programs. The IRCC supports the following federal economic immigration programs through its Express Entry draw. (a) Federal Skilled Worker Class (FSWC)– is intended for professionals who have skills that are in demand in the economy. (b)The Federal Skilled Trades Class (FSTC) – is intended for those professionals who work in the technical trades and are semi –skilled workers.
