A worldview is the framework of ideas, beliefs, or presuppositions, not tested by natural science, through which an individual interprets the world and interacts with it. It may be compared to a pair of glasses through which one is able to see and make sense of reality. Usually the one “wearing the glasses” is unaware of the lenses through which he or she is looking.
