  2. Per diem = 417 DDK (54.21 €)/ day • Includes meals (minus meals that are included) and incidentals (no receipts required) • Additional reimbursable costs (receipts needed) • Accommodation (80€ maximum), airfare, non-local transportation, visas etc. • Claim must be submitted by Jan. 10, 2007

  3. Save reciepts: • Airfare • Accomodation • Transportation from Home to Airport • Transportatation frm Airport to Hotel • Return Hotel to Airport • Return Airport to Home

  4. Download GBIF 2006 travel claim spreadsheet from http://www.gbif.org/Support/travel • Travel Reimbursement Form for Visitors 2006(.XLT) • Fill out section one with personal and banking information • Fill out section two (do not convert currency) use the currency that is listed on your receipt • Add dates and check off appropriate values in Section three • Print • Attached numbered receipts • Sign
