The Relationships to other Systems • The relationships of the muscular system are quite simple, they are the Nervous System, and the skeletal system. • Nervous System moves and tells the muscle what to do. • The bones in the body is moved by the muscle, no muscle no movement of the body ,and that’s why its could the musculoskeletal.

  5. The Diseases orConditions A muscle cramp is a sudden contraction of one or more of your muscles. The result can be intense pain and an inability to use the affected muscles. When you overdo it physically, you may experience sudden pain and swelling around a joint or a muscle. This may occur when you stretch too far, change direction or slow down abruptly, land awkwardly, or collide with another player during a sporting event.
