  2. Conditions and Notes Players must be of the required age on Monday 29th March 2010. Players must include all fees with entry form. All entry forms must be signed. No telephone entries will be accepted. Referees decision is final in all matters – no appeals. Players should include all tournament results over the past 2 years to help with seedlings. Players must be available for play from 8.30am onwards. Registration is non transferable, i.e. no substitutions. Players must be at the courts & register with the referee 15 mins. prior to the match time or will forfeit the match, also it is the duty of the player/s to check with the referee the time of their next match before leaving the courts. No player may leave the courts without permission. The tournament supervisorreserves the right to shorten match lengths according to scheduling requirements. It is the duty of the winnerof all matches to return both balls & report the match score to the referee. En-tout-cas courts MUST be bagged & watered after each match. The tournament will be held under Tennis Australia Rules & Regulations, & Events Disciplinary Policy. The tournament supervisor reserves the right to reject entries & cancel or combine any events. All players must report to the courts at the allocated time irrespective of weather conditions. : Albion T.C. Inc. accepts no responsibility for injury or loss of equipment during the tournament. Under no circumstances may advice or assistance be tendered to any player while a match is in progress. Only the players, referee, or nominated umpire are permitted on the court during play. The referee reserves the right to use alternative venues & or lights if delays in scheduling occur. Recognised tennis attire must be worn, no ripple soled shoes. Prizes &/or trophies will be awarded to the finalists & runners - up in all divisions. There will be no refunds once the draw has been made. All events may be round robin or knockout according to the size of the draw. Diadora balls will be exclusively used during this tournament. There will be a canteen with hot & cold food & drinks. This entry form may be photocopied for additional entrants. Please write below, the grade you play, state / national ranking, and / or your best tournament results over the last 18 months, this is to assist with the seedings.
