  1. Motivation through Personal Growth - Robert Winsor Institute Since there are different types of motivation, you can use whatever type fits your best as a tool to help you achieve the goals and outcomes you want in your life. What motivates one person may not motivate another person. This is why it is very important to know who you are and what moves you. What is the care that you need to dangle in front of your face? What is going to get you excited every single morning when you get out of bed? These are the kind of questions you need to find answers to find your motivation. The first type of motivation we will talk about is through personal growth. When a person starts to study whatever interests him in life, develop skills in his job, and take a true enjoyment in learning new information about whatever interests him, he starts to grow. This is a form of personal growth that will take a person far beyond what he can imagine. He will start to feel more confident in his abilities in all areas of life. How he feels about you as a direct impact on how he interacts with other human beings, how good he does a good job, and how passionate he is about everything in his life. If you think back when you were a child in grade school, when you did good on tests and get good grades on your report card, you were praised for it. The only different thing when it comes to being an adult is the details in which you will be praised for. You may decide that volunteering is something you are passionate about. You may want to work in the corporate world 60 to 80 hours a week while you are young working your way up the corporate letter. Whatever you choose to do, if you do it well, others will notice. They will tell you how wonderful of a job you have done, which will lead to a lot of self-confidence. Similarly for kids, parents must set goals and be passionate about achieving them. You must be committed to your journey of personal growth of your child. Being an adult and growing as an individual requires a lot of responsibility. You must stay motivated by reminding your child how much progress he has made. It may take you a while when you first get started to see progress. Do not let this period of time discourage your child. Stay with him and complete the goal of personal growth. After a while, everything you do will become his habit. Then, you will be able to focus on a
