Being a middle class person, it is an opportunity for me to have flat at an offered able price from Gruha Kalyan.. Yes it is true that their mangers are little bit lagging behind in fulfilling their own commitments..! I've also booked flat in their project. Finally we have to believe them because it is our own decision however little bit risk also will be there.. If u have enough money with u then go to those builders whose project is in progress otherwise give one chance to Gruha Kalyan to fulfill your dream. Please remember any body can cheat including big big builders.. So I reserved a 2BHK flat in Gruha Kalyan after a long discussion. MamathaMammu Hi everyone, I am an existing customer of Gruha Kalyan Lilly project located in electronic city.
