  3. Lower Level Thinking Learning Targets • Name ways to sort objects • Match items to their correct places within an already set Venn diagram

  4. Intermediate Learning Targets • Explain ways in which objects have been sorted • Explain how to use a Venn diagram • Give examples of other objects that would or would not fit into already sorted groups • Use a Venn diagram to problem solve • Group items by one attribute and then ultimately two attributes

  5. Higher Level Thinking Learning Targets • Create a Venn diagram with two given sets of objects • Compare sorting to using a Venn diagram • Determine the sorting rules of a given group
