  2. Why NoveList 2010 • Our last release (March 2008) was not successful • Interface viewed as not as intuitive • Did not meet our customer needs

What Did We Do? • Market Research • Internal Research • Customer Experience Project • Review of feedbacks and listserv messages • Feedback during training sessions • Design and interaction with customers for NoveList 2010. • Decouple design, development and release of NoveList K-8 from NoveList

  4. Designed for librarians and readers Previous design focused on browsing. We have learned that searching is done more often. ALA focus group, visits to libraries, usability studies. We will show you the current design for NoveList and talk about ideas for K-8 For anyone who uses libraries to select their pleasure reading or helps others select reading materials or develop their reading skills, NoveList is an incredibly intuitive resource that guides them to books that they will enjoy and use. What is NoveList 2010
