  3. Normandie, with her innovative ideas and concepts has made a significant contribution in the company’s growth and development. Normandie Stroter firmly believes that a space should reflect the personality of the one who owns it.

  4. While working on a project, she not only studies the space to be designed, but also takes care of her clients' preferences in color scheme, designs, etc. Being in the business for so many years, she knows how to balance aesthetic considerations with the structural planning.

  5. Normandie Stroter is a multi-faceted professional. Before joining Merrick Damon Real Estate in 2009, she worked in Corporate America as a Business Analyst for around seven years.

  6. Apart from her passion for organizing and decorating spaces, she loves to travel. She is a world traveler and has been to many countries. When not occupied with her professional commitments, she likes to read and play with her nephews.

  7. Normandie Stroter is a volunteer at Hosea Feed the Hungry and has been involved with the organization for the last 6 years. She is also an active supporter of ‘Define with Purpose’.
