  1. Centralized Grease Lubrication System Manufacturer A Centralized Grease Lubrication System performs the task of supplying individual lube points or groups of points with varying amounts of exactly metered lubricant from one central location to meet their different needs. Oil and grease of NLGI grades 000 to 3 are used as the lubricant.

  2. Centralized Grease Lubrication System Manufacturer Lubricating many places on a machine with a centralised grease lubrication system is used in industrial and heavy-duty mobile equipment applications. These systems range in complexity from a simple single-port lubricator to complex dual-line, reversing machines with timers and alarms that consistently distribute grease to hundreds of grease points. The volume and frequency of grease required at each point, the number of points requiring grease, operating circumstances, pump pressure, line diameter, and distance to the grease points are all design characteristics for centralised grease systems. Centralized grease systems, when used and maintained properly, can assist increase technician productivity and simplify machine maintenance processes. The following is a complete description of centralised grease systems, including the advantages they provide, the many varieties, potential issues to be aware of, and recommendations on how to properly maintain them.

  3. Types of Centralized Grease Systems • There are two types of centralised grease systems. The first is a direct system, in which the grease is pressurised and metre out to the application point using a pump. • The indirect system, which uses a pump to pressurise the grease, is the second and more complicated form. The grease is then metered into the bearings using valves incorporated into the distribution line.

  4. Advantages of Centralized Grease Lubrication Systems • Centralized grease systems are primarily intended to make the work environment safer for maintenance employees by making it easier to access remote grease spots, particularly in restricted locations, while the equipment is in use. • The greatest benefit, however, comes from the consistent application of modest amounts of grease, which results in longer equipment life due to a consistent supply of grease. • Lubrication is achieved equally to all points, including hard to reach ones irrespective of it’s piping and back pressure. Thus proper lubrication is achieved • Machine becomes more efficient with less wear and tear of parts as reliance on labour for lubrication is avoided, hence there’s no error or negligence • Avoids accidents due to oil spillage, manual error/negligence by keeping work place and machine clean. • Maintenance of machine can be less periodic thus increasing production, and reducing manhours, since proper lubrication is guaranteed. • Protects processed items (cloth, rubber, cement etc.,) and avoids rejection due to overspill of lubricant or negligence. • Precious oil/Grease is saved as the system distributes lubricant in optimum quantity. Under or excessive lubrication is eliminated. Economical, Production enriching, and safe.
