  2. Garam masala is a blend of spices commonly used in Indian and other South Asian cuisines. There is no single recipe for garam masala. Different regions use different blends and in Indian households, garam masala is considered a very personal recipe. Common spices are used to make garam masala include mustard seeds, cloves, cardamom, cumin, coriander, black pepper, white pepper, bay leaves, nutmeg, fenugreek and cinnamon. What is Garam Masala?
