Why you would want to drop a pin on iPhone

If you're new to iPhone, or have never used the Maps app, you may not know how to drop a pin. While it may seem like a complicated task, it's actually quite simple. To drop a pin on iPhone, open the Maps app and zoom in on the location you want to mark. Tap and hold your finger on the map until a blue dot appears.
