Why Our Body Needs Calcium?

Calcium is a key nutrient for your body to stay strong as well as in good physical shape. Nearly each cell in

the body uses it in one way or another. It is a vital element for lasting bone health in both men as well as

women, however not getting adequate calcium in

your diet can contribute to anxiety, depression,
