  3. About Corporate Documents • Reports most counties use • County specific data • Easy to use

  4. Running a Corporate Document • If you do not see Corporate Documents, Click “Home”

  5. Running a Corporate Document • Click on the type of Corporate Document you want to run (CMS Net contains eligibility and registration information from the CMS Net system; CCS Claims contains paid claims from EDS)

  6. Running a Corporate Document • Click on the report you want to run

  7. Running a Corporate Document • Answer any questions the system asks you, then Click “Run Query”

  8. Running a Corporate Document • Click “Save” to save as an Excel spreadsheet

  9. Running a Corporate Document • Click the “dot” by Microsoft Excel, then click “Save to my computer”
