There are also some free listing sites where you can post your ad free like CIRCLAPP. LOCAL BULLETIN BOARDS Use flyers to advertise your rental property and paste it on the bulletin board. Bus stops, churches, stores, etc. where you find bulletin board you should use it. But, you should ask before, if you are posting on private property. Now, you should think about how to catch interest, because people are passing quickly. Use color photographs, large & bold headlines to draw their interest. At bottom of tear-off you should include your property address, number of bedrooms, contact information, etc.
