  1. Toenail Art Design - Creative Pedicure Ideas Black and White Polka Dots-This is perhaps the easiest and most attractive nail art you can apply on your nails. All you need to do is apply an intense and opaque coat of black nail polish on your toes, let it dry, before carefully placing white dots with opaque white nail polish on the surface. You might not even need special thin brushes to make those dots. The applicator in the polish would make perfect dots. After you’ve added the design, you let to let the polish dry and then apply the top coat to seal the paint. You can use other color combinations for this nail art. Multicolored Stripes-This design looks complicated, but it’s easy to create. All you need is some different colored nail paints and a steady hand. You can also use a thin paint brush to get the most precise line possible. The first step is to apply a basecoat of your choice. You should choose the color of the widest stripe as the basecoat. You should also choose very opaque paints that would give you a solid color in a single coat. Once the basecoat is dry, apply the stripes carefully in the design you want. You can use anywhere from two to four colors easily. Once you’ve applied the pattern and the coat is dry, apply a clear topcoat to seal the design. Tiger Stripes -If you want something fierce and interesting, tiger stripes works well. It’s a relatively easy design to create. All you need is a deep orange basecoat and very opaque black nail polish. After the basecoat is dry, add black stripes to the surface. You need to make sure the stripes are thick and have slightly hairy edges so the nails look like

  2. realistic tiger stripes. Again, follow up with a topcoat after the design is dry and you have awesome looking toenails without much effort. Flowers-It’s surprisingly easy to add pretty, artistic flowers to your nails and it doesn’t even have to be perfect to look good. This design is very simple and you only need five colors. The base is white and you’ll need a good quality, opaque white nail polish. The flowers are orange and blue. You need black for the stems and the seeds and pale orange or yellow for the center. After you’ve applied the white basecoat, wait for the polish to dry before you add the flowers. You need to draw petals with a thin paint brush with the dark orange and blue shades on the outside and the paler yellow or orange shade closer to the center. Once the petals are done, you need to place a black dot in the center and draw stems with the same color. Water Marbling-This is a slightly more complex nail art technique but it creates a beautiful effect. All you need is complimentary colors that go well with one another and a small glass bowl with water. You need to place a drop of polish on the water surface and allow it to spread before you quickly add another of a different color. You should continue dropping the color until a small circle is formed and use a toothpick or similar tool and run through the circle. This would create the water marble effect. After that, you need to gently pick the dried polish from the water, place it on a tissue paper to remove excess moisture before you cut it into shapes and apply on your nails.
