  • Build 85% awareness of the program among employees by year-end

  • Educate employees on the available tools and resources to dramatically increase utilization of Live Well programs

    • 20% increase in Healthy Pregnancy Program participation

    • 10% increase in Employee Assistance Program participation

    • 2% reduction in leaves

  • year 2: motivate

  • Promote the benefits of the biometric screening campaign, health risk assessments, physical exams and preventive screenings to drive participation and completion
