Economic indicators • We are a second grade public bank that supplies loans intended for capital deepening and foreign trade investments. • Our unique shareholder is the Argentine Republic • We have been operating in the market as a bank of banks since 1992 • As from October 2003 we also grant direct loans to companies • We are a financial agent of the Argentine State and the enforcement authority of the Export Credit Insurance.

BICE’s Credit Facilities for a productive Argentina Export Prefinancing facility Allocation: Primary products, manufactured goods of agricultural origin and manufactured goods of industrial origin, service rendering in general intended for the foreign market, including goods temporarily introduced in the country for export purposes. • Beneficiaries: • Exporters • Producers and manufacturers • Service suppliers Amount to be Financed: Up to 75% of the FOB value of export or of the service amount. Minimum Amount: US$ 20,000 Maximum Amount: US$ 1.000.000 Term of Payment: In accordance with the productive cycle (provision of materials and production), with dispatch and with the negotiation of instruments of payment.

  14. BICE’s Credit Facilities for a productive Argentina Financing Facility for Agricultural Machinery Beneficiaries: Agricultural, poultry, beekeeping, cattle raising and forest producers. Allocation: Nationally produced goods or imported goods not produced in the country. Amount to be Financed: Up to 75% of price plus VAT, net of discounts and rebates. Minimum Amount to be Financed: US$ 20,000 Maximum Amount to be Financed: US$ 300,000 Term of Loan: Up to four years as from first disbursement. Grace Period for Payment of Capital: Up to six months Repayment of Capital: In installments to be paid at regular intervals, every six months at the most.

Amount to be Financed: Up to 85% • Minimum Amount: • US$ 20,000 for the purchase of capital assets. • US$ 100,000 for investment projects. • Maximum Financiable Amount: • US$ 1,000,000 for the purchase of capital assets. • US$ 3,000,000 for investment projects. Financing Term: Up to 5 years. Repayment of Capital: In installments to be paid at regular intervals, every six months at the most.
