The libraries were located in 35 buildings around Tinker AFB and contained approximately 34,693 TOs We delivered more than 3,000,000 pages of technical data changes within two days of receipt and posted 99.9% of TO changes within the required 5 days In approximately 2 years, we increased TO technical accuracy from 37% to 97% Our support over the period resulted in zero late Annual TO inspections on the 34,000+ TOs
