  4. IMPORTANT Information • Our normal working days are Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. • Minimum 2 hours charge. • You don’t have to be home when we come to clean. All we ask is that we have access to the keys. We could put a lock box on your door with a code that only you and our cleaning service will have to access. • We only use Eco-Friendly, Non Toxic cleaning solutions, but if you prefer to use users, we would be glad to accommodate your needs. • Payment is due on the day of services. We accept cash or cheque. • Need to change, skip or cancel an appointment? No problem.
