    • Wiring Conventions were modified

      • Metal 1 is used for all basic gates

      • Metal 2 used horizontally

      • Metal 3 used vertically

      • Metal 4 used for global routing (clk and rst)

    • Decided to go with a Line Decoder, transistor count changed from 1043 to 303

    • Minor design changes for each functional block
