Step 1: Open MS outlook and go to File/ Add Account
Step 2: Choose Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click on Next
Step 3: Select Internet E-mail and click on Next
Step 4: Enter your Name, Email address, Account Type, Incoming mail server, Outgoing mail server, Username and Password details.
Step 5: Click on More Settings
Step 6: Go to Outgoing Server tab. Select My outgoing server (SMTP) Requires Authentication. Select Use same setting as my incoming mail server and click on OK.
Step 7: Click on the Test Account Settings and make that all check marks should be green. Click on ok to save settings and click on Finish.
