About Us One-care Solutions is a service provider of Disability Support Services and Aged Care Services to self managed and plan managed NDIS & My Aged Care participants in the Daylesford/Macedon Ranges and Mount Alexander areas. We are a small and dedicated team of caring support workers making a real difference in the lives of all our One-care clients and their families. While our office is based in Daylesford, Michelle (One- care Solutions owner) has lived in the Macedon Ranges for over 30 years. Our team live throughout the Daylesford, Macedon Ranges and Castlemaine areas.
