  4. Jack Burnett • Before I started in the company I was working as a visual merchandiser in sports retail stores in Manchester and various other places around the North West. I really enjoyed my work as it was very team orientated and I developed organisational and management skills, however I did not see a future in this line of work as it was very difficult to progress if you were young.I was always ambitious and money motivated from being quite young so I decided to find a position with like-minded people. The sales industry was never something that appealed to me before but as soon as I found this I knew it was the place for me!The coaching and development I received when I was new in the industry really helped me to become more goal orientated and the promotional structure helped me to progress whenever I was ready regardless of my age or experience. I then also got given opportunities to travel with the company all across the country to different marketing companies and even to the U.S to help with field and office based training for the charities division in NYC, one the most inspirational experiences of my life so far…Moving to Bournemouth has provided an exciting opportunity and my goal is to expand my business across the south coast of the U.K. and in the future to France and the U.S.
