  2. IBPS Conducts the Common Written Exam (CWE PO/MT) for recruitment of Probationary Officer (PO) & Management Trainee (MT) Jobs in Public Sector banks. IBPS PO Selection Procedure are conducted in three stages: 1. IBPS PO Preliminary Exam 2. IBPS PO Common Written Exam 3. IBPS PO Common Interview.
