Memory is the mental activity of recalling That you have learned or experienced

  • Our sensory system are constantly receiving and processing an incredible amount of information at any given moment

  • personal memories & semantic memories -conscious effort to recall:

  • procedural memory, involving skills and routines you perform so often -don’t require conscious recall.
